The Brookwood Community is looking for an organized, people-centered professional to join our Residential team as a Residential Services Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be a steady, trusted presence for Citizen families — managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance records, and keeping the day-to-day operations of our residential homes running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Residential Director to improve processes, support regulatory compliance, assist with payroll, and help ensure every family who reaches out feels genuinely heard and cared for. A high school diploma or GED is required (bachelor’s preferred), along with 3–5 years of experience supporting a large team and a genuine commitment to serving adults with disabilities.
