The Brookwood Community is looking for a Lead Weekend Home Manager. The Lead Weekend Home Manager provides campus-wide leadership and oversight for all 11 assisted living homes at Brookwood during weekends. This full-time, live-in weekend role ensures a safe, structured, and enriching environment for Brookwood Citizens (residents) while supervising all residential weekend staff. This individual will be trained to administer medications and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) care and training standards. The Weekend Home Manager plays a key role in staff development, on-site support, and fostering a culture rooted in Brookwood’s GODRICH Core Values: Grace, Opportunity, Dignity, Respect, Interdependence, Continual Improvement, and Honesty.
