The Brookwood Community is hiring a Horticulture Operations Manager. This position will lead all horticultural operations at The Brookwood Community, including plant production, Garden Center management, and oversight of high-quality product sales. This position is responsible for department expense management, raw material purchasing, and inventory control. A successful candidate will create a nurturing environment that fosters personal and professional growth for both staff and Citizens with disabilities. They will empower all team members to contribute meaningfully to Brookwood’s vision of changing the way the world thinks about adults with disabilities through excellence in horticulture. This is a full-time, salaried position that requires ten years of horticulture management experience.
