Facilities Manager

The Brookwood Community is looking for a Facilities Manager to lead our hardworking Facilities Team on campus. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of all maintenance, repair, and facility operations within our assisted living community. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in building systems, strong safety commitment, and dedication to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our Citizens and Community Members. The position demands excellent leadership capabilities, team management skills, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance and emergency response. This position will report to our Director of Facilities and is full-time, including possible on-call hours.
