Trade the sleigh for a surfboard and join us at The Brookwood Community™ for a holly-jolly summer celebration! Santa’s swapping snow boots for flip-flops, and the holiday magic is heating up with festive fun, hidden surprises, cool treats, and gifts galore—before the season gets crazy! Don’t miss your chance to shop early, smile big, and soak up the joy—Texas style!

Santa’s on vacation, and he brought his summer shorts! Each day we’ll have 🎅 Two Summer Santas hiding in the store during each time slot. 🎁 Find one and your suprise discount code will be on the back. Watch our social media for clues! Time slots are:
