- Full Refund (100%): Requests made 7 or more days before the event date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 6 days and 48 hours before the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Requests made less than 48 hours before the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund.
