The Brookwood Community is seeking a passionate Director of Spiritual Life to cultivate and lead a vibrant, God-centered spiritual environment for our Citizens and Community Members. This role serves as the campus pastor, providing spiritual leadership through worship services, pastoral care, counseling, and devotional programming.
The Director of Spiritual Life will lead Sunday worship, develop Spiritual Life programming, support Citizens and their families through pastoral care, oversee the handbell and internship programs, and collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen community life. This individual will play a vital role in fostering meaningful relationships, encouraging spiritual growth, and sharing Brookwood’s model of faith-based care with the broader community.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated Christian leader with strong preaching, teaching, and pastoral care abilities, a heart for serving adults with disabilities, and a desire to help build a supportive, faith-centered community.
