The Brookwood Community is looking for an Operations Analyst/Safety Coordinator. The Operations Analyst/Safety Coordinator is a dual-function role within the Operations Department, supporting the Chief Operations Officer across two complementary areas: project management and campus safety. In the project management track, this person keeps COO-led initiatives organized and moving — maintaining documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating communications across departments, and helping translate complex information into clear plans for leadership. In the safety track, they serve as Brookwood’s on-the-ground safety resource, conducting inspections and audits, coordinating staff training, leading incident investigations, and ensuring the campus remains compliant and prepared. This role is a fit for someone who is both analytically minded and people-oriented — a proactive, detail-driven professional who finds purpose in supporting an organization where the work genuinely matters.
