The Brookwood Community is seeking an Associate Director of the Health Center, a Registered Nurse who will provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership in support of the Director. This role helps oversee a comprehensive Health Center serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), complex medical needs, and mental health conditions across multiple assisted living and vocational settings.
The Associate Director supports daily nursing operations, staff development, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care. The schedule is M-F (8:30 AM – 5:00PM – Some weekends as needed)
