The Brookwood Community is currently seeking an Assistant Grower for its Horticulture department. Prefer at least three (3) years’ experience in a production greenhouse or nursery operations with at least an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture. Candidate will be performing physically demanding work assignments outdoors in all types of weather conditions as well as working scheduled weekends to assist with irrigation duties. Candidate will also be expected to scout, diagnose, and apply chemicals on plants. This is a seasonal position which will work full-time hours through the end of December 2025.
